Horse Riding Lessons
At Barefoot Farms, we offer comprehensive horse riding lessons that last for one hour. Our lessons include grooming and tacking the horse (depending on the lesson package), mounting, tack adjustments, warm-up time, exercises while mounted, cool-down, and un-tacking and re-grooming. We also offer non-mounted activities such as horse anatomy, correct tack terminology and care, proper horse care, stall maintenance, grooming, and feeding. Our goal is to teach our Student Riders not only how to ride a horse correctly and confidently but also the responsibilities of owning and caring for a horse. We offer a variety of horse lessons, including recreational horse riding, preparing for a horse show, showmanship, English pleasure/equitation, western pleasure/equitation, gymkhana, intro to horses, show jumping, horse care, and horse pre-purchase 101. Intermediate Lessons $50

Advanced Lessons $60
